Planning Your Event


When you choose Music Man Productions, your mobile entertainer will work with you to coordinate every detail of your event, from the arrival of the first guest to the last dance.

 

1.  Utilize the Music Man Productions Online Event Planner.  Using the planner, you can log into your event using a web browser and provide details about your event, including wedding party and family names, timing details, and selection of music.  You can even make credit card payments toward the balance on your account.  The Online Event Planner is absolutely free when you choose Music Man Productions.  To access the planner, click here.  And don't forget you can allow your guests to request songs for your event through our Guest Request System!

2.  Email or call Curtis or Chris at any time to discuss details of your event.  Got a question?  Don't be afraid to ask!  Put our experience to work for you!

3.  Personal Consultation:  Curtis or Chris will schedule a personal consultation meeting with you at a time and place that is convenient for you.  At this meeting, usually held 2-3 weeks before the event, we will go over every detail of the evening.  You'll leave the consultation knowing that Music Man Productions will handle all the details, allowing you to relax and enjoy your big day!

4.  Coordinate with other professionals:  Curtis or Chris will work with your photographer, videographer, and other service providers at the venue to make sure everything runs smoothly.
